WHAT IS A DTS
The DTS (Discipleship Training School) is a 20-week full-time residential program (12 of the lesson phase and 8 of the practical phase), designed to help you grow in your Christian life and train you in evangelism.
You will learn more about God and the world; not just in class, but also through community life , small groups , and hands-on and creative workshops . There will be additional activities such as worship, intercession, and evangelism.

You can also apply what you have learned through cross-cultural experiences in Spain and other countries.
ABOUT THE PURPOSE
1.
Bringing together and challenging people to worship, listen to, and obey God, sending them , in the context of DTS, to serve through evangelism, intercession, acts of compassion, and other expressions of God's heart for the world, perhaps even in pioneering efforts for new ministries.
2.
Inspire and cultivate growth in relationship with God , resulting in Christlike character, based on solid biblical foundations, the work of the Holy Spirit, and personal application of biblical truth, especially regarding the cross, the grace and the character of God .

Encourage growth in relational skills by living, learning, and working together with people with different personalities, perspectives, and cultural backgrounds.

To further equip each person to serve God's purposes within and outside the context of YWAM and also in other spheres, strengthening a commitment to reach those who are separated from God, especially the unreached, as well as to care for the poor and be an influence in all areas of society .
5.
Imparting the vision and foundational values of Youth With An International Mission , as well as those of the host base, as well as providing information about a variety of opportunities for service upon successful completion of the Discipleship Training School.
